Chef Ken Oringer is one of Boston's most notable chefs. Jamie Bissonnette is the James Beard Award-winning chef and partner of Boston favorites Coppa, an Italian enoteca, and Toro, the Barcelona-style tapas bar. Toro also has a home in New York City & Bangkok, Thailand. Bissonnette is a winner of the Cochon 555 nose-to-tail competition, was awarded the inaugural People’s Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Wine magazine. Coppa is an enoteca known for its cozy atmosphere and inventive Italian small plates created by James Beard Award-winning Chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer.
